OUR NEXT COLD FRONT

WEDNESDAY EVENING TEMPERATURE/WIND FORECAST
CAN YOU LOCATE THE COLD FRONT?
WEDNESDAY EVENING DEWPOINTS, WHICH SHOWS SOME BUT NOT A TON OF MOISTURE AHEAD OF THE FRONT. TYPICALLY, YOU NEED READINGS IN THE UPPER 50S AND LOWER 60S FOR AN INCREASED CHANCE FOR SEVERE STORMS.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT'S PRECIPITATION FORECAST.
IT DOESN'T APPEAR THAT THE ATMOSPHERE WILL BECOME UNSTABLE ENOUGH FOR SEVERE WEATHER TO OCCUR.

  2. Any thoughts on next week's storm? It looks like it could be trouble.

  3. Lots of activity in spring; we've seen lots of intense spin-ups. It does look generally more spring storm favorable early next week.

  4. I see SPC already has Day 6 highlighted for a huge area to our west. Sounds like a lot of gulf moisture is on its way too.
I'm glad the ground isn't saturated like last year. Today's the anniversary of last year's March flooding, right? Can't say I'll forget that day.
